Smith.  This announcement marks today's second for favorable dispositions.  Here, the police stopped client for failing to stop for a red light.  Upon approaching the vehicle, police officer noted the odor of burnt marijuana.  Police searched the vehicle, found marijuana and charged client with Possession of Marijuana First Offense, Operating a Motor Vehicle while in Possession of a Controlled Substance and for Obedience to Devices.

Result: Operating While In Possession of Controlled Substance - DISMISSED

Obedience to Devices - DISMISSED

Possession of Marijuana First Offense - FILED
