RI Criminal Defense Lawyer James E. Smith announces today recent case success.  Client was arrested and charged with three misdemeanor domestic crimes.  Client is current serving on both District Court and Superior Court probation and a 5 year suspended sentence.

District Court charges - Personal Recognizance

District Court Probation Violation - Personal Recognizance

Superior Court Probation Violation - Personal Recognizance
